Return Policy
We strongly recommend reviewing your order prior to clicking on the final place order button. A quick double check will ensure your order accuracy as processing begins immediately to ensure your package is delivered as soon as possible. Once your items have shipped we are no longer able to make changes or cancel the order, and you would have to initiate the return process once the shipment is received. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unopened, unused item(s) to us within 30 days. We require all customers to contact us before returning their items. You may notify us of your intentions via email at cheebamade@yahoo.com, please note your invoice number and the nature of the return in your email. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, Cheebamade may issue a refund if products are deemed unopened and unused; MINUS our shipping charges and 10% restocking fee (if applicable), even if your item(s) qualified for free shipping. Please enclose a copy of your invoice, include your email address, phone number, and reason for the return. Customer assumes all shipping costs incurred for the return shipment unless otherwise negotiated upon original contact. Should we assume fault for incorrectly filling an order or the item was deemed defective (upon inspection by Cheebamade) we will cover the shipping costs incurred. All returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Damaged Packages
If the package was damaged in shipping refuse shipment or make sure the driver notes the damage on the delivery ticket. Verify and inspect all content for damage and save all original damaged packaging material and merchandise for the carrier to inspect. Please contact us ASAP at cheebamade@yahoo.com with details of the damaged packages and merchandise – please include pictures.
Damaged Items
We take every measure to make sure your order is shipped and packaged in the most secure manner. Should an item arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with details of the damage and items damaged, please include pictures of the damaged items. We will assess and correct the issue as soon as possible. Return shipping is free if your photo evidence is verified. Once we receive confirmation the return package is en route back to us, we will send out your replacement item(s). In the rare occurrence the item(s) of subject is out of stock, we will work to get you that item as quickly as possible, our last resort will be a full refund including shipping charges for the original order.
Defective Products and Warranties
For defects or damage that occurs after an item has been used, it is subject to the warranty terms below. Please contact us at cheebamade@yahoo.com about return procedures for any product you believe to be defective.
All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer's defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.

If the issue is due to a manufacturer’s defect and there is an applicable warranty, we will ship you a replacement order with free shipping.

If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund including original shipping charges.

If the issue is determined to be due to normal wear and tear or misuse, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Normal wear and tear refers to deterioration that occurs through regular use over time, such as fading, minor scratches, or general aging of the product.

Misuse includes improper handling or use not in accordance with product instructions, such as exposure to unauthorized chemicals, neglect, or using the product for unintended purposes.

Cheebamade products include a 90-day warranty from the purchase date. If you alter, customize, or change any of our products, all warranties will be voided. Please note that not all products listed on our site are products of Cheebamade and these items are subject to the warranty terms that vary by item and manufacturer.
